RTT gets directly to the root cause of your issue. Using regression we go back to the key moments in time where you created limiting beliefs, negative patterns of behaviour or the need for physical pain. I help you to transform those belief patterns to create new, healthier systems of thinking that serve you in the most powerful and profound way. I do this by helping you go back to traumatic or emotional moments in time and re-interpreting the feelings you had and the beliefs you created. Changing your thinking changes your behaviour which changes your life.

This incredibly quick way of working can be effective in just one session for things like quitting smoking, anxiety, depression, fears and phobias, confidence and stress. Up to three sessions may be required for deeper issues like anorexia, bulimia, mental health issues and other addictions.

Your mind only responds to two things; the words you say to yourself and the pictures you create in your mind. You brain has one job and that is to keep you alive on this planet. You need to understand your subconscious mind to understand Hypnosis. The subconscious is the part of your mind that is the most powerful. It contains infinite wisdom and a very deep level of intelligence. It knows everything you’ve every heard, said, seen, experienced and felt, even from in the womb. It is your untapped resource for all your creativity and imagination. Your subconscious mind is the seat of all your emotions and therefore controls and directs nearly all of your behaviour. Above all else your subconscious is also responsible for maintaining your physical and  emotional health for all autonomic processes such breathing, blood circulation, tissue regeneration, repair etc. Hypnosis is a safe way of accessing this profound and natural intelligence to offer new instructions and suggestions to create seemingly miraculous changes in your mind, emotions, body, heart, soul and spirit.


You already know what hypnosis feels like, because we go into natural hypnotic states every day. For example, when daydreaming, driving or watching films that you are fully engrossed in. It is a deeper state of awareness that you go into similar to meditation. Hypnosis is like those pleasant, dreamlike states where we feel ourselves drift off. The method of Hypnosis I use is a safe, controlled, systematic method that allows you to enter these dreamlike states and communicate directly with your subconscious to issue new suggestions, commands or instructions. These suggestions are bespoke to your individual needs and will be made for you by be based on your needs and wants. All you have to do is kick back, relax and enjoy the ride.


You will never be asleep. You are awake, alert, in control and completely aware of everything that is happening throughout the session.


Absolutely not. You are completely in control and in charge at all times. You cannot be made to do, say, think or accept anything and you cannot be taken into hypnosis against your will. It is fully your own experience controlled by you. The therapist is simply your guiding hand.


There is nobody that can’t be hypnotised. As long as you wish to enter hypnosis, you will. Hypnosis is based on something called suggestibility which is your ability to accept suggestions. You’ve been making suggestions to yourself all your life and you do it everyday; ‘I’m going to leave the house now and arrive at the cafe by 4:00pm’. ‘I’m not confident enough to get up in karaoke, so I’ll just sit here and watch’. ‘I could never do what he did, so I’ll never try’. These are the types of suggestions we make to ourselves al the time and we create the belief that they are true. Hypnosis allows new, more powerful and far more positive suggestions to be planted and to flourish.
